  • Leaving pets unattended on patios or balconies is prohibited. Pets must be leashed when outside of your apartment. Residents must maintain control of their pets at all times and ensure they have proper licenses and vaccinations. Pet excrement must be promptly removed from all areas of the community. A fine of $50 will be issued for violations. Pet Rules: ● Pets must meet the community's weight and breed criteria. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. ● All deposits and non-refundable fees must be paid before bringing a pet into the community. ● Acceptable pets include dogs, cats, fish, and birds; exotic pets are not permitted. ● The additional security deposit for a pet is non-refundable until the resident vacates the apartment. ● For aquariums over 20 gallons, residents must provide proof of valid renter’s insurance. Animal Rules: ● Veterinary documentation must be provided. ● Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times unless otherwise approved by management. ● Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.

  • No smoking is allowed in units; must be 20 feet away from any structure.
